Fit check

Currently, all fit checks are offered virtually unless in a Group Class or at an event. Pricing for events will be posted day of where they are available. Fit checks are included in Group Classes.

Virtual - $10 for 15min fit check

Consultations & Classes

In Person - $50/hr 1 continuous hour minimum. Best for Consultation, Classes, or Carrier exploration.

Virtual - $40/hr Continuous or split 45min initial consultation & 15min fit check

Doula clients - $30/hr 1 available in person at doula visit, additional visits will be scheduled virtually

Packages

Set of four (4) 1 hour consultations. One prenatal, one newborn (up to 4 weeks postpartum), one for hip carry (3-4 months), and one for back carry (6-8 months). All visits will be scheduled at time of booking, however two reschedules per visit included.

All virtual - $125

1 in person (your choice of the 4), 3 virtual - $135

50/50 (your choice which are which) - $145

All in person - $165

All visits can be rescheduled up to two (2) times, so long as notice is given. 48 hours notice is preferred. If both reschedules are used or cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, a 25% fee may be charged. Additional reschedules may be available, dependent on situation.

As I am also a birth Doula, I may need to reschedule your visit to a pre-set secondary date if I am actively attending a birth during your initial appointment time. This will, obviously, not count against you as a reschedule. More information on this policy will be disclosed with the intake paperwork. Thank you for your understanding.

Package 1 - Basic Birth Doula Support

Birth plan visit and creation - virtual or in person. 30 minute touch-base in 3rd trimester if applicable. Text touch base after each pre-natal appointment and available via text as needed from time of contract to 2 week Postpartum. Birth support - up to 12 hours. Additional hours available at add-on price. Postpartum - one 30 minute postpartum check-in within the first 4 weeks; virtual or in person.

Package 2 - Birth Doula Support

$950

Birth plan visit and creation - virtual or in person. 30 minute touch-base in 3rd trimester if applicable. Comfort measures training - 1 session virtual or in person for you and 1 additional support person. Text or phone touch base after each pre-natal appointment and available via text or phone as needed from time of contract to 4 weeks postpartum. Trimester check-ins - 15-30 min call to discuss how you are doing and what to expect in the upcoming months. Birth support - up to 12 hours. Additional hours available at add-on price. Postpartum - two 30 minute postpartum check-in within the first 4 weeks; virtual or in person.

Package 3 - Deluxe Birth Doula Support & Babywearing service

$1100

Birth plan visit and creation - virtual or in person. 30 minute touch-base in 3rd trimester if applicable. Comfort measures training - 2 sessions virtual or in person for you and up to 2 support persons. Text or phone touch base after each pre-natal appointment and available via text or phone as needed from time of contract to up to 4 weeks postpartum. Trimester check-ins - 15-30 min call to discuss how you are doing and what to expect in the upcoming months. Birth support - up to 12 hours. Additional hours available at add-on price. Postpartum - two 30 minute postpartum check-in within the first 4 weeks; virtual or in person. Babywearing services - Included Carrier Exploration visit during an in-person prenatal visit & fit-checks as needed for the first 4 months - up to 1 a day.
